About Blossom

Hi, we’re Fatima & Said and we’re the owners of Blossom Bakehouse & Creamery.

As a Michigan native and former pastry chef, it made sense for me to open a place I’d want to visit. Somewhere you can take family and friends, unwind and enjoy high-quality food and drinks.

We offer scratch made frozen custard, pastries, baked goods and drinks. We make everything we can in-house because we believe in feeding you how we’d feed our family. No stabilizers, artificial flavors, gums, etc. Everything is all natural and that’s the way it should be. Whether you’re stopping in for a frozen custard cone, picking up pastries for your family, celebrating a birthday, or bringing a box to share with friends, I hope Blossom gives you that feeling of finding something special.

Very nice place with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. They have a great selection of ice cream, baked goods, and cakes made in-house. We had the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae and Oreo ice cream, and both were delicious. The ice cream was thick and creamy, with a rich flavor. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving a great dessert!

Oreo – Frozen custard with Oreo pieces and hot fudge mixed in, topped with whipped cream, hot fudge, and Oreo crumbs.

Cookie Dough – Frozen custard with cookie dough, mini chocolate chips, hot fudge mixed in, topped with whipped cream, hot fudge, and more cookie dough.

Take 5 – Frozen custard with salted caramel, mini peanut butter cups, hot fudge and pretzel pieces mixed in, topped with whipped cream, hot fudge, and more pretzel pieces.

Build Your Own – Frozen custard with your choice of two free toppings and one free sauce.

Berry Danishes – Flaky, puff pastry filled with a cream cheese or pastry cream filling with fruit.

Baklava Wreaths – Wreath-shaped croissant dough filled with baklava filling of pistachios and walnuts and glazed with orange blossom-honey glaze and topped with pistachios.

FAQs

Frozen custard is a rich, creamy frozen dessert made with milk, cream, sugar, and egg yolks. The egg yolks give it a naturally smooth, velvety texture and a richer taste than traditional ice cream. At Blossom, we make our custard fresh in small batches and serve it soft and creamy, straight from the machine.

A loaded cone is our frozen custard served in a cone filled with frozen custard, with a sauce-filled center and a crunchy crumb coating. Each flavor features its own combination of sauce and crumbs for an extra indulgent bite.

At this time, we do not offer lactose-free or vegan frozen custard or bakery products. Our menu is made with dairy and, in some products, eggs.

Yes! We offer custom cakes, pastries, and desserts for birthdays, celebrations, events, and special occasions. We also work with businesses looking to offer our pastries in their shops.
